Work & Back Story

Having started his career in San Francisco, Chad relocated to New York to get more robust experience producing broadcast television commercials. Highlights were bringing to life award-winning work for eBay and FedEx.
The Martin Agency courted Chad for work on Walmart in 2007 so he relocated to Richmond, VA.  Thankfully, Walmart’s business thrived through the ‘08 - ’09 Financial crisis.  Garber excelled in the crossover from Film to Digital + experimented with the forefront of remote production + post-production technologies a decade ahead of the pandemic.

Capitalizing on his experience at Martin, Chad produced some of Verizon’s best work during the visual effects-heavy Droid period – 2010 – 2011.  That work in visual effects lead to a year-long focus producing visual effects for a division of Psyop.

With lots of beneficial visual effects experience in tow, Chad began a new venture as a freelance producer. He has had the opportunity to partner with some terrific agencies such as Anomaly, 72andSunny, RGA, and most recently VMLY&R for the past 4 years. With each experience, he has found creative solutions to a myriad challenges and has always brought valuable knowledge and insights to each endeavor.

Someone once told Chad to remember all the great qualities he possesses:
